Apploft (the website and app inventory) is a digital product developed and regulated by Dotix (collectively referred to as “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our”). For seamless user interaction, it is essential for all users to read, understand, and agree to the Terms of Service (herein referred to as “Terms”) outlined below.

  • 1.2 User: An individual who utilizes Apploft’s website and applications to access its rewards and benefits.
  • 1.3 Services: All features available to users within Apploft’s website and apps.
  • 1.4 Rewards: Monetary and non-monetary incentives provided to users who engage with Apploft’s services.
  • 1.5 Intellectual Property (IP): Exclusive assets such as logos, color schemes, imagery, and taglines protected by copyright, patents, and trademarks under governing laws.
  • 1.6 Personal Data: Sensitive details of an individual, including Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, Date of Birth, Employment Status, Educational Background, and online activity.
  • 1.7 Privacy: A fundamental right allowing individuals to control their personal information, including visibility, usage, and sharing preferences.
  • 1.8 Consent: A voluntary agreement allowing individuals to engage with an app or website. Users must explicitly provide Consent for data collection and service use.

  • 1.10 Trademark: A governing law that protects exclusive imagery, designs, symbols, and logos.

  • Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use Apploft’s copyrighted logos, images, taglines, or any other intellectual property.
  • Any engagement in fraudulent activities—such as creating multiple accounts, using unauthorized payment methods, or exploiting system loopholes—is strictly prohibited.
  • Users must not interfere with the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights, while using Apploft.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying any part of App Loft’s website or applications is prohibited.
  • Any attempt to hack, mine data, or gain unauthorized access to App Loft’s servers or systems is strictly forbidden.
  • Users cannot distribute or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware through Apploft’s website or apps.
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while utilizing App Loft’s services.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Apploft website and its content—including text, images, videos, software, and designs—are the exclusive property of Dotix. All rights are reserved.

3.2

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from Apploft without explicit written permission from Dotix. Unauthorized use of Apploft trademarks or logos is strictly prohibited.

If you post any content to Apploft, you grant Dotix a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content across any media or format worldwide.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post content on Apploft. Posting content must not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

3.5

Dotix reserves the right to remove any content from Apploft at any time without prior notice. Violation of these intellectual property policies may lead to account termination and revocation of access to Apploft.

Apploft does not collect personal data without prior user consent. This practice complies with the following regulations:

4.1 Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act)

Section 43A ensures personal information cannot be collected, stored, or disclosed without consent—except when required for contractual obligations or service fulfillment.

4.2 Privacy (Protection) of Electronic Communication Rules, 2011 (SPDI Rules)

These rules elaborate on the IT Act, requiring apps and websites to obtain user consent before collecting personal data and granting users the right to access, correct, or delete their personal information.

Termination of Terms of Service

Apploft may terminate your account and/or restrict access to App Loft’s services at any time if:

  • You violate any provisions of these Terms.
  • You engage in harmful, illegal, or unethical activities.
  • Apploft ceases operations or discontinues its services.

If your account is terminated, all personal data associated with it will be permanently deleted, and access to Apploft services will be revoked.

Severability Clause

If any provision within these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in full force and effect.

Users agree that if a provision is deemed invalid, both parties will negotiate in good faith to modify it in a way that preserves its intended effect. If an agreement is not reached, the provision will be removed, while all other Terms remain applicable.

This clause applies to all provisions, including this severability provision.
